Yes, very similar. Also, I notice the response still lags even when crusing at 55MPH. My Ls1 was very crisp after several inexspensive mods.

IMO, upgrading the plug wires and removing the MAF screen helped the most with the Ls1 so I'm curious if anyone has done that here i.e. will I throw codes?

yes, i have done both, removed the screen and rotated the maf. no codes that i am aware of. i will know wednesday, i'm taking it in to get the a/c fixed.
