Puy the spare key in the rear lock (near the rear hatch button on the back on the car), and you can open the rear hatch/trunk. On the drivers side in the rear cargo area there are two tabs coming out of the carpet, a few inches from the weather seal. One is the gas cover, the other will open your driverside door.

This is something all dealers need to teach new customers! The FOB is cool but I prefer a good old key.

Deffinitely something that dealers should teach ALL C6 Vette owners. It is also in the owners manual a few times, and it's on the DVD that comes with the car. Some good reading for a rainy day (if you're Vette gets parked while it's raining).
