when installing a CAM
we gain big HP but (LOW TQ)

Why we are not getting much tq?

(the Tq goes down)

I was going to try to answer this using large words and a bunch of acronyms, but I found this article that explains it relatively simply. It's more than you are asking for, but good reading nonetheless....
