cam swap
You have it made by doing the heads at the same time, you can pull the lifters and your heads already have new springs. Your swap will be breeze...Make sure you spend a good chunk of time cleaning the block (especially the bolt holes) before you bolt the new heads on
Give me a buzz if you run into any issues...

I hate to pile on here, but I'd also like to see daves write up. Any way we could make that public for future searchers? If not, if another member could PM me the file, it would be much appreciated!

Updated: Nice cam install write up with pics from JayplaySS2 (I can't get TodRobbies link to work either). Jay uses the steering rack removal method which I think is slightly easier.

This a link I did on Power Steering Pump bracket removal. It can be a pain when installing a cam.

Thats a really good write up.
At one point, he mentions that he has the spark plug wires off before the first startup to get some oil flowing. Maybe I'm nit picking here, but would it be a better idea to disable the injectors so that the cylinder walls are getting flooded with fuel?

I disconnected the mains plug to the coil packs, spun it a few revs, then reconnected them. I had oil pressure on the first crank.
Here is my initial start vid after the cam install. Watch the oil gauge needle. It will not fall to zero.

............installed at 2915 miles.
I know it sounds terrible but it wasn't tuned yet. Here it is now (at 3478 miles).

.............anyone in central Arkansas needing assistance just send me a pm.
