tranny noise???
Hey,
Have any of you guys heard a grinding noise in 2nd gear between 2000-3000 rpm. Dealer said that it's not covered by the warranty. I'm a 2006 c6 with 6300 miles M6 tranny. The rear end makes noises at low speeds (2-3mph) while doing dounts. WTF???

I had the same problem in my 05. They said it was normal. Never had a problem with the tranny. Everything else just sucked and they took the car back. am on my 3td one. I guess 3 times a charm.

If you here the noise while going in a curve, could be the TSB about swapping out the gear oil in differential. If not, then TSB talks about replacing clutch packs. I had this issue and replacing gear oil in differential solved my problem.
