Car is back together, still having smoking issues. When traction control is hooked up we are getting fuel smoke. Going to call tech support tommorow and see if they can help diagnose the problem. Somehow the injector pulses must be out of sync, or its getting extra ones.

will keep everyone posted.

Sounds like this thing isn't very reliable? This is something I would truly be interested in getting and having professionally installed and calibrated, but not if you constantly have to worry about problems with it...are there any similar products out there that can be relied upon?

At this point I am not blaming the module. I actually have tried a second module and its doingt he same thing. We are isolating the problems today. There is alot of wiring done for the traction control system, so there are alot of places that there could be an issue. Once I get it working, I will know rather to blame the module, or the installer

On a side note, most of my cars issues have not been related to traction control. Today is really the first day I have been able to actually start working with the unit.

There are some guys in Germany and Austria that use racelogic. AFAIK they´re quite happy with it.
You might check their website:

for further info.
EDIT: Uuppss, seems like no link allowed - you have to google for racelogic, their site should turn up!

ended up buying a new car to install this on. There is something about my car the system DOES NOT like. Beginning of next week I should be able to start putting the system in.

Default OEM TC vs. Racelogic

Is there really any difference between our "stock" TC vs. Racelogic TC??? Not many vids out there and the ones I do see look just like our stock TC...????

Completely different system. The stock TC does not look like anything; it is a program embedded in your ECU. The Racelogic TC is a piece of hardware the you wire into your car and it intercepts various signals so it can intercept and cut off the ignition coils to control power.
Functionally I have only seen the stock TC being able to bog the car down or allow the tires to go up in smoke. I've yet to see one set up to allow a modified car to launch.
The 2010 TC protocol with launch control may change all that but it can not be retrofitted and no one knows if it can be reprogrammed once you start making big power.

Thank you...
What are you thoughts on it?
And any vids that you know of that show it in action?
I "just" happen to come across it today.. very very curious.

I think it is expensive and unproven, but I'd love to see it done on a Corvette... It has the potential to work very well

2 or 3 people. Appearently all 3 were "too busy" to get it installed and running?

I don't know about you, but if I dropped 2+ thousand dollars on something for my car, it would either go on my car, or go on Ebay as soon as I realized I wasn't going to use it
