Snake Charmer Filters

Does anyone know where you can purchase a filter for the Vararam Snake Charmer intake?? I have emailed Vararam and cannot get a reply. I would like to have a spare.

K&N makes a replacement some one posted it up on here about 6 months ago do a serch you should be able to find it

Thats odd, Vararam has always answered e-mail and are usually always
responsive to customers needs.

no affiliation with the link other than i believe they are a CF vendor, but i wonder if one of these would be a replacement. I am looking to get a spare also.

Got your email this morning as we opened the shop and sent a reply. We don't have access to the office email on weekends -we do check here on the forum for posts and messages. The filter is $69.95 plus $10 shipping. Call me at 866-507-2648 and I can help!

There is no K&N filter that is a replacement for the supplied filters and we can not warranty any units that are not using the supplied filter!

Well the K&N filter in Joe's thread apparently does fit your CAI. But that is important information about voiding the warranty, thanks. Do you have a recommended mileage for filter cleaning/change or is it based strictly on physical inspection? Mine looks like it has plenty of miles left in it.

Steve from Vararam called yesterday and hooked me up with a spare filter. I received a notice the filter was shipped yesterday. Now that is Customer Service. Thanks Steve.
