Fluid Leak
My first issue.
A small fluid leak appears to coming from a rubber boot on
the tie rod(?), driver side front. I can't see any fluid above the rubber
boot so it seems that is the culprit. I believe it is the tie-rod, it
attaches on the forward part of the wheel hub. I suspected a
a leak because I saw a small discolored area on the garage floor.
I never saw any drops of of fluid until about a week ago and checked it
out today when I changed the oil.
Am I correct in thinking the fluid is coming from the rubber boot?
Easy or tough fix (easy for me because its warranty work
)?
