Default Some more ported intakes and tuning results, FAST, LS7, LS3

Here is another ported LS2 GTO w236/240 cam to that had been fully optimized then upgraded the manifold to a ported FAST and then tuned for.

Here is one of the higher gains we have had porting a FAST on an A-B test.

Here is another Z06 w/ typical results from stk w/ KN to tuned to ported intake

SO we heard somewhere that the ported LS3s werent picking up any power...We have not seen that as the case. There is plenty of room for improvement on this manifold as well as the L76, they are almost the same manifold. Here are a few bolt-on Ls3s before and after porting.

Thank you
Jeremy Formato

I reposted with some LS3 graphs as it came to my attention that I needed to put some up there and that there was a rumor that they dont pick up any power.

Whats up with the choppiness in the top end of the LS3 graphs? It seems especially prevalent considering the smoothing was set to three as well.

AFR's could use some polishing here and there, too. Sorry to nitpick. Regardless, the gains are certainly significant. Good job extracting the power.

Nice gain on the header LS3 car. It is hard to tell, but did the tune change a bit, or is that the natural varation in A/F that can occur just as part of the dyno process?

PM sent.

We can do a very aggressive porting that would be a great advantage for you. For both the intake and TB it would cost $400.00 when done together, vs $300 and $150 when done separately.

If you would like these, just give us a call at 813 476 7364.

Thanks,

Dan

Slick shoes- as far as the chopiness, we did have some spk lead issues and there may have been some knock on either of the runs. Bare in mind that the second (LS3) are not the final pulls fully tuned. I believe that I did 11 pulls er so. The 9th pull made less peak bc of the spike but more avg power.
I wanted to show some of the graphs with minimal tuning, others I show fully optimized such as the Z06 and the LSX. I am trying to be as fair as possible.

great numbers...I think it is going to be difficult for the upcoming Weiand/Fast LS3 manifolds to provide significantly higher numbers the these...but then if you port them

Excellent numbers Jeremy!

Hey, do you have any numbers for the LS-2 with just bolt-ons, including a ported FAST (no cam)? I was curious as to what you have seen.

thanks

We will be headed up to indy for a few days and then to PA for the carlisle show. Let us know if we can help you out.
