It really depends. It took my about 2 hours but now I could probably do it in 45 minutes. Here is a link to my install.

I just installed one on my ls3 and it took about 2 hours. Everything is really easy except for cutting the shroud and it was a pain in the you know what!!!! I broke three razor blades on my box cutter. I wish that I would have had some really sharp scissors or something to cut the shroud with.

TAKE THE SHROUD OFF THE CAR. I swore I could install mine without touching that condensor, and I was almost finished... However with one last minor cut of the shroud, and I now need a new AC condenser. Take that extra time to remove the shroud to cut it outside of the car.
