I've never heard of an off road XPipe for stock exhaust manifolds. The cats on a stock setup are between the headers and the XPipe. What you need is a cat delete off road pipe. It'll replace the cats with a short section of pipe and connect to the stock XPipe.

The stock C6 exhaust does not have headers, they are cast manifolds.

Don't think what you want exists. I looked myself and couldn't find anything, let me know if you do though

Someone should offer catless midpipes for the stock manifolds/H-pipe, it would be easy to swap though Im not sure if it would actually make much power.

I understand this. I'm just trying to figure out why?

Some guys are a little cautious about tearing apart a car. Today's cats are so efficient that it may not even make anymore power though. But, you never know until they try. They would sell though, just a simple straight pipe to replace the converters.

i put some straight pipes on my 350z and honestly i could feel a little SOTP difference. plus the main reason i want this mod is for sound. to me, a vette isnt a vette unless its LOUD. no mufflers and no cats is the only way i want mine. i think the straight pipes were like 150$ ish dollars and to me it was worth it, anyone wanna build some?

You can gut the factory bricks and and will in effect have an offroad pipe.

I had the offroad x-pipe (cat delete) on my car for almost 3 years and hated it from day one with the odor that pentrates clothing and skin. While my car was in for the last round of upgrades, high flow cats went back on. I did lose a little sound but I'm just going to change the exhaust. There's no way I'm ever going without cats again.
