The headers should, in theory, bolt up and fit perfectly except for not having the d-shaped flange for those LS7 heads.
The only fit-up issue with the ZO6 could be the dry sump oil lines. The D-port is a non-issue, this is a header marketing ploy! I have 1-3/4" primary tube LS1 headers that fit perfect to the LS7 D-port (the D-port is raised and alignment is fine) with zero issues and 487/470 RWHP/RWTQ with zero tuning should substantiate my claim!

Got my headers in the middle of the week and the install was pretty straight forward. I had some issues routing the O2 ext so they didn't touch the headers but some trial and error and heat tape solved the problem.

The car needs a tune, but there was a noticeable SOTP gain especially up top. The exhaust note is great with the stock muffler system (loud but not too loud) and no drone at cruise.

I hope to get it tuned sometime in the next week. We'll see what that does for me.

I'm very pleased with the headers and the price for Texas Speed!!!

Did you have a baseline before adding the headers?

Great Price from a respectable company!!
These are recession friendly priced headers..
Amazing the quality and performance all built here in the U.S.A at 1/2 the price of other headers.

Makes you wonder how much profit is gained on a set of $1700 headers when you can virtually get the same product for $1000 less?

Corvette Tax shown at it's best in my opinion.
