They are not perfect headers. I had a min hole in one of my primary pipes that needed to be welded up and the fit isn't perfectly semetrical down the center of the car. In the end it cost me an extra $150 to get them on the car over what it would have cost to install a brand that had better "quality control". The finish is great, under the hood looks great, I could FEEL a difference in performance.
Did you call TSP and see if they would replace them? I'm interested but not if they have holes in them.

They seem like a great combo of 1 7/8" primaries AND LONG primaries, this theoretically should be the best of both worlds

why did you put z06 headers on your ls3? those are good numbers though for not have a true aftermarket header.

I also have an 08 c6 automatic with just intake/tune and it made 406rwhp and 390rwtq, i'm hoping to get to 435rwhp with headers.

Those numbers are definitely low, do you have a good tuner? Do you know if your car was pulling timing? What gas were you running? If using HP tuners make sure the car wasn't pulling any timing up top. All dyno's are different, so if we knew your baseline, that would help. An MN6 LS3 car with intake/headers tune should get to near 440rwhp though.

I have headers now. Going to sell my Z06 system.

That's pretty good for stock manifolds. If I go from 427 to 435 with my headers I've spent a lot for so little.

You should go up a little more than 8 but what is more important is that the overall power curve should be better. The Z manifolds seem to be a matter of constant debate since some see good power gains for a simple manifold swap whereas others see little to no gain at all. LT's are a great decision though, make even better gains when moving on to a cam or head swap.

Jon, Matt.... When are you guys going to have these ready to go? I had your Texas Speed headers on my C5Z that I sold 2 days ago. We had some fitment issues with the xpipe, and your customer service was great(corvettes of houston, Sept 09, brownsgym@gmail.com)

I have an A&A kit ready when I buy my C6 in the next couple weeks, and need headers to go on the car when I buy it. Will you guys have a set by then? I have to go with headers when I buy the car so that the fiancee doesn't notice when the car comes home for the first time. Shoot me a PM or email me, please.

We're still a little way out unfortunately As busy as we've been, we really just haven't had the time to make a couple small changes to the C6 headers that we want to before switching over to stainless.

Is the stainless switch going to mean $$$? I was gonna buy your LT's this winter because of the price and reputation of your shop/customer service. I really don't wanna spend all of my mod money on LT's when the rest could be used elsewhere. Will you still provide a coated, non-stainless version?

I have had your headers on order through a local shop for 2 1/2 to 3 months now. I do not understand why you would discontinue the set you had before a replacement was ready. It would nice to know something instead of canceling my order and ordering headers and my other items from somewhere else.

I hope the stainless headers turn out ok. Im disappointed about not getting any kind of response at all. I do think it's bad business. Thank you.

It just kind of worked out like this. It was either keep them the way they were and order another stocking order or try and make the switch now and improve the product for our customers. I apologize that it is taking so long to get them back in but that is the hand we have been dealt. Obviously we are trying to get them back in as quickly as possible. Anyone, including the shop you ordered through, were notified up front about the change and the delay we were looking at. The shop has been refunded as we don't want any pending orders for these since they are not in stock.

However, when they are available, I think everyone will be very impressed by the quality and fit as well as the price!

Jon
