Z06 oil changes
Guys,
Probably trading up to a Z from my coupe. Does the dry sump system make oil changes easier or more difficult? How much oil does it take to do a change now? Any thoughts on what is the best brand of filter to use?

Simple, 2 drain plugs 8 quarts,i use the delco oil filter. Some guys use 7.5 quarts, it all depends on your liking.

Here's another, 2 drain plugs and 2 dry sump lines(very easy)....the lines hold about another 1/2 to 3/4 qt, thats if you want all the old oil drained. Up through '08 they hold 8.5 qts '09 its 9.5 or 10.5 qts?
