Just sent one. Pretty much copied and pasted with a request for different widths as well. I have regular C6 wheels and dont want 335 or 345 so hopefully they will make an option for us high hp base model size tire guys too.
Send them another e-mail with your sizes. Just tell them it is for the std C6. We all want traction

They already make a 305/30/19 which fits standard body c6 wheels and fenders.
You do know that tread width is only a part of the equation, right ?
I have 305mm wide tires that can hold traction than the widest and the best street tire out there.
What tires do you have?
I currently have 335 NT05's, 410 rearend, Quaife ATB, and 680 RWHP. The way I see the ONLY way I can gain traction is (1) moderation (2) slicks (with or w/o grooves) (3) 19" R-Compound tires with a decent tread such as R888's which have been proven to hold power such as mine (4) go to 18" wheels all around and again use R888's or similar (5) riding my clutch.
The way I see it, w/o changing out $2500.00 worth of rear wheels is to HOPE that Toyo or other, mfg's a 345 or 335/30r19 r-compound street worthy tire.
If anyone has some other means of gaining traction then please - enlighten me. There are always slicks but given mine is a street car driven in the rain I really dont think I have any other options; unless of course I want to gamble on wet roads.
They need a higher sidewall. Without sidewall flex width is pretty much just pissin in the wind.
Please make a list of what we would want to see in tires for the C6 and the Z06 and approach Toyo with a wish list. There are many Corvettes on the road and many experience traction problems. The only place I can "use" what I have modified is on the track. Certainly, even bone stock Z06's would gain major quickness off the line with r-compound tires.
........and they are listening. They are compiling all the requests to send to Japan for possible approval but we need more e-mails. They spoke of the R888 and the R1R as potential candidates. Both these tires have a 100 tread wear rating.
Even if you dont want the tires please do it for your vette brothers and sisters.
They clearly indicated the more feedback they receive the better chance of this happening.
Thank you very much for contacting Toyo Tires. Your request has been forwarded to the appropriate department for their review. Toyo will take into consideration your Corvette Community as well as the Dodge Vipers Community for this request.
Sincerely,
Toyo Tires U.S.A. Corp.

You're right, I also want the R888 335/30, and have decided to wait until I can afford the massive $5,000 price tag for a new set of custom wheels just so they will fit the smaller 18" rims.
Please indicate the sizes you are most interested in so they can tabulate which ones will be otentially added to their product line.
Additionally one should also note if they prefer R1R's or R888's (review website for details).
I will call them on Monday 13th for an update and post for y'all.
Please post for alternative sizes even if you already use their current available sizes in support of us that cannot use their tires (because of size).

I think the OP was referring more to the higher HP guys.... Stock C6, or even a stock Z will get decent traction, but when you add a couple hundred extra ponies, the stock tires may as well be made from stone....
