has anyone tapped into mirror power for radar detector. i want to do so just looking for info on correct wires to use as service manual has every clip on car in it and what each pin is except this one.....

yeha that is what i want to make....but i dont have that type radar detector so it wont work. so i just gonna crimp on the leads they use on my cord

power is pink wire but witch is the ground....

Invisacord sells this cable.

I noticed you did not tie wrap the wire to the factory cable as a in relief. I tie wrapped the Invisicord to the factory cable about .5" from the connector to keep the wires from getting pulled out of the connector.
