They shouldn't, I work at a tire shop when I mount mine and even my bias ply for the track that I run between 12-14 #'s I just mount them up dry - no lube - and make sure wheels are clean and no lube on them

I take it you are experiencing this problem? What PSI are you running in them to get them to spin? How much are they spinning? Have you marked your valve stem location on the tire to be sure?

I've spun mine...17" MT Streets on Racestar Darkstars that I run on the street around 22-24psi. Only had them on the car for about 1 month and after a while the vibrations got worse and worse, over 80mph the car felt like a jackhammer. I checked the balance and one rim was off by 4.75oz and the other was off by 5oz. I have noted the valve stem position now but haven't driven the car yet. My solution is going to be a 15" beadlock setup next year. I'm pushing 849hp/733tq to the wheels with around 15psi boost.

yes I have marked the tires by the stems and the radials have moved 5 inches,,, so I'm looking for answers to help eliminate this issue

I have heard of this happening when you take it to the track right after mounting. If that isn't the case maybe the tire should be taken off and the wheel should be cleaned and prepped for the tire...or beadlocks
