Default 42lb to 58lb Injectors Can I drive to get tuned?

I am dropping pulley size on my procharged from the stock pulley to a 4.25. While I am at it I am going to change the injectors from 42lb injectors to 58lb fast injectors. Its about 30 miles from my house to the tuner I use. Can I drive the car that far with the 58lb injectors without the proper tune?

It will flood badly. I would definatly not drive it without having the injector flow rate table scaled for the new injectors.

Leave your old injectors in and drive it to your tuner staying out of boost. Swap to the larger injectors at the tuner's location.

Change the injectors when you get there. Its a 20 minute thing.

changing the injectors after you get there is a wise decision. I ran my 2004 cammed GTO on 42's without a tune to my tuners house 20min away. It was a terrible drive and it felt like it was so hard on the car. It definitely makes it really rich.

Thanks for the info. I was trying to avoid swapping the injectors in the parking lot but it sounds like thats what I need to do.
