I have the same set up. Its a mild cam but the spec on the Lingenfelter GT-11 cam are a little unusual.

Int Duration = 215 degrees
Exh Duration = 231 degrees
Int. Lift = .631"
Exh. Lift = .644"
LSA = 118 degrees

This cam was originally introduced for the LS1 and before all the better flowing aftermarket heads. Short duration/wide LSA for an almost stock idle and low RPM torque. High lift for good mid-range power. Works well with stock or mildly ported LS1/LS6/LS2 heads. Good vacuum and idles almost like stock between 700-750 rpm.

Peak torque ~ 5000 rpm and peak HP around 6100-6300 rpm so it won't make the big Dyno numbers that cams that make peak power at 6600+ rpm.

High lift make it mandatory to use springs rated at .650" lift such as Patriot Gold. Although stock rocker arms will work, it is recommended to use full roller rockers such as Yella Terra or Harland Sharp to reduce side loads on valve stems which can reduce valve guide life.

All my mods are in my sig. The Yella's went on yesterday, going to go hit the rollers to see if they made any HP and TQ changes.
