My passenger side lower radiator bracket is half broke which I plan on fixing next week, my questions mainly are this-
I have an 07 z51 coupe - can it be raised, at all?
And I know that I can't remove the wider center air damn piece, but what about the 2 side pieces, can I just remove those all together??

Yes, you can raise it. The bolts that are turned to lower the ride height can be turned in the opposite direction to raise the car, and some people have done this without apparently any significant handling problems.

I track my 08 C6 and I would like to know what will absolutely improve my front down force the most. I've never had any issues with cooling ( partly because I only track during the TX winter) so I'm not really worried about that. I already have a World Challenge Hood and I did remove the lower air dam thinking it was an improvement. Also my car is very low. Is The Z06 bumper opening that much larger that the LS7 can be cooled but the LS3 can not through it's front opening?
Good advice appreciated.

IF you open up the front, like a Z06, THEN you can cut/remove the airdam and close off the bottom feed and improve your aerodynamics.
The air dams do no good in town driving, I removed my torn up ones over 2 years ago on my 08 with no change in coolant temperature.
