Mods you regret......
Well i just made one , Pulled my Z06 exhaust and installed the Corsa Sport dual tip system. The Corsa sounds good and the no-drone factor is nice , but man it just does not have that mean spirited growl and thunder that the Z06 exhaust put out. Hell , my wife did'nt even know i left the garage tonite for a test drive..
Usually the windows rattle , and she can hear me from blocks away.
Anyway , I think i'll run the Corsa's for awhile to see if the regret diminishes , if not , the Z06ers go back on....
So what mods do you regret ?????

I don't know if they would interchange though.

Probably not the best mod but I think some creaking went away.
Got a deal on mine and was installed for free when I had the long tubes put on.
Tough call this mod.

Regret the ported stock intake manifold. You always want more so the Fast 102 goes on Tuesday. Also, regret all the tunes I've paid for. I wish I was rich so I could have done it all at once.
Oh and for member "Its Stock", from the looks of your signature, you'd better get a new name.

In trying to sell my car, I regret all the mods. I get to remove them which in most cases requires all the mods to be redone with inferior pieces.
I will also never again buy a corvette. I will lease it. Then I will not have to deal with people more **** than me. Its hard to sell 2005's and the ones that do sell are going for 24k and down. I almost fell out of my chair when the dealer told me it was 26k as a trade in. The biggest advantages to leasing are, it spreads the cost of payments out, no down payment, and best of all if you have even the slightest accident, the car gets a carfax report and no one will buy it. If its hit bad, the repair is ok'ed by the leasing company, they have to take it back at the end of the lease. There was never a time when I still wanted a car after it was 3 years old.
