Ok so I had a cam, long tube headers and exhaust dyno tuned a couple weeks ago. It dyno tuned at 467hp and 429tq. I raced it Friday night and had a best of 11.87@115.
Fast forward to today and I'm at the track again. Go up for my second pass, burn the tires up take off and it won't go past 4500 rpm in any gear. Its like I'm hitting the redline. I tried it a couple more times off the track and couldn't get it past 4500 rpm.
Thoughts on what's wrong? I'm guessing something with the tune.
OK dont laugh, I had an issue where the car wouldnt go past 2500 rpms, I left an empty sandwich bag that I was storing bolts in, inside the intake duct. It sucked up and blocked over 50% of the MAF sensor. It was stuck up against the MAF grill. Anyways, I pulled it and it was back to normal. I know its a long shot but check the intake for obstructions.
