Need help/advice putting DSS axle CV joint back together
Anybody ever work on a DSS axle? (Driveshaft Shop)
I cannot get the outer CV joint back together. It has 6 *****. One fell out while I was changing the boot, and I cannot get it back in.
There has got to be some trick to getting that last ball in. I can take all the ***** out, and get 5 back in but no matter how I turn and twist things around cannot get that last ball in. Tried calling DSS, looks like closed today.
...and I've got to get this thing rolling today... help
any help very appreciated!

Nevermind. Solved it pretty quick. Got lucky and found someone at DSS who pointed out the snap ring to me in the housing.
