Crazy BCM/ECM problem?
Car has a custom (done by me) twin turbo setup (has a BAP). Always ran great but one day I was driving and the car just shut off coming to a light. It said Service ABS, then Reduce Engine Power then Service Fuel System, then service column lock.. etc. I pulled over and shut the car fully down. I hit the button, and nothing happened... I tried again, and it cranked for 10 seconds and quit.
After that, if I hit accessory, everything's normal. If I hit the start button (clutch or no clutch), the car flashes the radio, but is blank for 10-15 seconds and then sweeps the gauges (car never tries to start again). It usually just says Service Fuel SYstem but sometimes randomly says Service Column and ABS.
I got a new BCM with no change, cleaned all 12 grounds and secured them.. checked all relays/fuses, even checked the pins they connect to, no damage..
I can't find any wire that is burnt on the whole car. I am really lost. I tried 2 new batteries, and even redone all the wiring to the batteries with no change.
Any insight?? I am going CRAZY!

EDIT: also, I cannot connect to the ECM via hptuners. but the ECM has tested good!

Wow, I have nothing to offer but sympathy. Sorry for your troubles. I'll be watching this with interest. You might want to also post in the Forced Induction Forum and maybe even the Z06 Forum to get the most eyes on this. Best of luck.
Maybe your alternator is funky, voltage spikes and sags will cause havoc with any computer.
If I were you I would buy another alternator and install it, you could have your alternator load tested but the problem may only manifest itself when under a hot hood for example.

Heres where you need to look! Good luck. If its a hard fault, you will be able to troubleshoot and find it:
