Default Steering rack removal help

Anyone have directions/link to pull the steering rack for a 2006 C6?

I've pulled the heads off and need to get the cam out to drop a busted lifter out. Hopefully the cam isn't trashed as well. Ive got the radiator and water pump off as well.

I also have the power sterring bracket/pulley loose, just still connected by one line at the bottom of pump but out of the way.

I'm unsure of which lines to disconnect from the the steering rack and the gear box so I can slide the steering rack over and out of the way to get the harmonic balancer off?

You only need to disconnect the lines that run into the steering knuckle. They are different sizes so you can't mix them up on reassembly. Take some pics of the way the lines are routed before removing rack. You will also have to take the abs bracket bolts out to give yourself clearance when pulling the steering rack out.

Look through this DIY cam install. It has good pointers in it for removing the rack.

Yeh I have that link, but the C6 lines etc are a little different. After closer review I think I have it figured out.
