Default Z06/GS caliper metal line replacement

I'm looking at upgrading the brakes on my 06 to the Z06/GS brakes, but all the used sets I see have nasty/grungy looking metal likes on the calipers. Any good way to either clean them up to look new or just buy new ones?

Perhaps gently sand them, mask the caliper, and respray the lines with high-temp silver paint? Not sure if they sell those lines or not.

They don't sell them, and I tried calling PBR, they were no help either. I ended up getting Wilwood calipers instead. By the time I buy used OE units, get them powder coated and rebuilt it would be about the same price and the Wilwoods are stiffer, better calipers.

I'm too much of a perfectionist for small things like that. I know I'd never be happy with how I could bend them.
