Default Exhaust Help

I am purchasing a set of Stainless works Long Tubes off a board member here with out the X. This is for my '07 C6 obviously. Any case this poses a bit of opportunity, the car already has a Borla cat back, could very well just be a rear section, never had the car on a lift to look, but was on there when I got the car along with a Callaway cold air. I called Stainless works and they said they could build me a new catted X, I want to keep cats on the car because I don't want it to smell. My question is would it be possible to do a catted 3" Z06 center section? I have been told I would most likely need a reducer going in to the Borla mufflers. Just exploring what my options would and or could be. This is very different then the F-car stuff I am use to, my last set up on a LT1 Fcar involved stepped Kooks and a full custom Y with a merge in to a Borla cat back. Just not sure whats the best way to go on these Vettes. I plan to leave this Vette in bolt on format until I cough up the dough to go to a blower set up.

Cool, no cats on yours though? would be cheaper to ditch them, but I don't want the interior to smell

I have no noticeable gas smell in or outside of mine after it was tuned.

Maybe it's hit or miss, because some complain about it and some, like me, say there's nothing. My neighbor just pulled the cats off his M3 and you can smell gas like crazy, but mine smells nice and normal

The 93 wasn't bad when it was bolt ons, after cam though, it stinks. I dont want to do any thing that i think would ruin how fun the car is, so no big cams or potentially stinky exhausts.
