If you are tuning out the rear O2's, you only need the fronts.

If you are not tuning out the rears you will need the both.

The short answer is some parts are and some parts are not.

The important question is what grade of metal they are using.

There are several headers made in the USA, but the metal they are
using is sub par and bought from over seas.

You are totally safe with LG, American Racing and Pfadt, as all
have well over a decade of proven performance and reliability.
(The Pfadt Headers are New, but Pfadt has been around for a long
time)

As far as engine components....what has to be removed to bolt the headers themselves in? drop in from above or do they come up to the engine from the bottom? Thanks, Fred

The valve cover on the passenger side, - spark plugs

It will help if you remove the starter.

Passenger side goes in from the top

Drivers side from the bottom

If you have a lift, both can go in from the bottom.
