Default steering wheel cover

so how do you get the back cover off the steering wheel? Is it glued on?

No, there are screws on the inside that become visible when you remove the air bag. There is a detailed procedure on this forum, with pictures and all. Search is your friend.

I read both of the DIY's however.............. when I remove the 2 screws on the back it does not come off. It is a 2013 and us a little different. So if you know of something else please enlighten me.
