Does anyone know if an "OEM GM C6 Z06 exhaust & X Pipe" exhaust system would fit, without mods, onto a 2013 base coupe? Would this give me the 'stock' NPP system where I could then add a mild-to-wild for open/closed performance control?
Add the ZO6 axlebacks and you have a bolt in swap that will work with an exhaust switch. If you have an A6 there may be problems with the passenger side axleback, you may have to massage it a little.
It's NOT an NPP, it's a ZO6 bi-mode exhaust - they are different. I recommend the Sunset Orange Creations exhaust switch.
Thank you for the reply. With that info I was able to search and find out the pipes are not for me as I do not want to do any mods like cutting them open to have anything welded. Nor do I want to chase anything with fitting them to my A6.

No cutting or welding is needed, assuming you use the 2011 Z06 units. NPP is a code only assigned to the dual mode used with a LS3 and uses 2.5" pipes. The Z06 is called a bi-mode and has 3" pipes.
Your car is not currently wired for the NPP system, so adding the M2W type switch is a little more involved. Check the Sunset Orange website for more info.
If you're only wanting a louder sound, there are many other options. If you also want more power while retaining the warranty, then the Z06 route is the better choice.

I have the full Z06 exhaust on my 06A6... no cutting involved.....only thing that had to be done was a little tweaking to get the pipe around the one side of the trans... no big deal......I have the mild to wild switch works great ,,,, I wanted a little more hp and a better sound and I went this route......
