Hello all. I need some help here figuring out exactly what trans I have here. I have some numbers on it and can't seem to figure out which trans it is. Listed below are the numbers. I can't figure out how to post pics from my phone on here, so I hope the numbers are good enough.

Drivers side of trans: 155126695

ID Tag bolted to pass side:
125744781 E0652
TUET 4093 AD 06528

Rear diff: 6250044290
