Default rear end friction modifier

I changed my rear end oil last fall with a name brand synthetic that had a friction modifier in it. I have driven the car for 500 miles and the rear ratchets a little in real slow tight situations like getting in and out of my garage (tight turn and creep speed). Sounds like I need to add a friction modifier or go out and spin the tires from a standstill a few times???? what to ya think.

If it is Red Line, you should not need any. I can't speak for the others.

You MUST do about 10 figure 8's right after you change it.I had my 08 changed at the dealer in 09 & I forgot to do the figure 8's and the noise came back,took it back to the dealer & they changed out the clutch packs & the new gear oil & the service writer did the figure 8's & no problems for 5 yrs..
