I have a 2005 Corvette coupe and when the car is turned off, doors shut, and key fob far enough away from the car for it to lock the courtesy lights stay on,is this a known problem?
I have pulled the fuse until I can find a solution to this problem if there is anything I need to do please let me know.
Thanks,
Jeff

An 05 vert here. Same problem! ! I just let it stay on. It will eventually turn off. There must be a timer to control the length the courtesy lights somewhere. Will be watching to see what others think.

Has it done it since new, or did it just start? See if you hit the **** and turned them on.

If you bump the **** on the left side of the dash they will stay on much longer. Found that out on my 13 GS this summer. My garage does not have any windows. We came home, went inside and I remembered that I left something in the trunk. I opened the door to go in the garage and before I turned on the light, I noticed that the lights in the car were still on. I opened the door and noticed that I had accidently turned them on. Turned them off, closed the door and waited a minute or two and they went out.
