Default 575/ 525 on dynojet? Disappointed as hell

It's an LS7 in a Gto. Not a c6z, but figured I'd ask you guys...I seem to be in a fairly normal range, but kinda disappointed. I was really hoping to at least break 600 rwhp.

LS7 ...still a 427...stll drysump...modifications-

Diamond pistons
Callies Dragonslayer Crank
OEM ti rods w/ arp rod bolts
WCCH stage II heads milled .030
CHE Rockers
OEM ti intake valves
Katech ti/moly exhuast valves
PSI springs w/ ti fixings
FAST 102 ...ported by Tony Mamo
Nick Williams 102 tbody
Ati 10% under drive pulley
Meizeir electric water pump
Sumbich camshaft (Vengeance Racing Grind)
NGK plugs
MSD wires (Due to Katech valve covers)
Katech Red Pump
ARE drysump setup (no external scavenge stage)

Static Compression ratio 12:24:1
Dynamic Compression ratio 8.76:1
Quench .041

Ran with 93 octane via 66 pound injectors. I specifically asked if they had to leave some timing on the table. They said no.

Post the dyno sheet. Perhaps the correction wasn't SAE..., also post the run conditions if you have the .drf file, perhaps the atmospheric sensors for the dyno weren't accurate for some reason which can skew the numbers dramatically.

Kooks 1 7/8 headers...3 inch catless mids, 3 inch xpipe. I have a 3 inch mandrel bent exhaust, but the runs were done open xpipe.

How high is the engine been rev to? I see plenty of induction and compression but not enough exhaust. At least that's my opinion.

Have them email you the .drf files. Dynojet software is free and easy to use so you can overlay all the runs if you like and ensure the runs are sae smoothing 5, you can see what the weather station was reading, what the afr was...etc.

The sheets may give us a clue as to what is going on.

I'm not sure what he spun it to, as I don't have the sheet yet. Just was told the numbers over the phone. Id imagine it would run out of cam before anything else, so definately over 7k, but if I had to guess, when ever power started dropping, I'm guessing he'd set the limiter there. Whats the norm for a c6z? 7200 to 7400? It's a reputable shop, so I imagine they treated the engine like it was sitting in one of the many heads cam z06s they've tuned. Definitely a good question.

As for exhuast, it did do very well with the ls2 that used to be in it, but could very well not be enough. Do you guys see much improvement with a 2 inch primary, or s stepped header? They would be a custom set for my application, but luckily what I've got, I can sell at least. Really appreciate the input!

For the record, the gas in the tank was from February. This build took a bit longer than expected.

Its just a dyno number, they all read different. Get it to the track and see what she can do.

I'll be happy to post up dyno sheets for you if you send me the drf files. It's easy for me I've done it many times.

8 month old gas should be fine. Let's hold judgement until we see the dyno sheets.

Oh what tires did you use? Big heavy wheels or drag radials drop dyno results.

Would be interested to see the character of the torque curve, that seems a little low with the involved mods.

You're that upset over 25rwhp on a 575rwhp car? My first vette 23 years ago had a whopping 240 chp.

Take it to a different dyno that is more of a liar and get your 25hp.

I see your point, but Low is low. I could be out 60 HP for all I know. 600 I would have been lowish but like ehh just roll with it. but 575 too far on a perfect 65 degree day and is a red flag. Something is wrong, that needs to be right lol.

Did you express your disappointment to the shop? What did they say? Did they have any ideas or did they think it was in line with what they've seen?

Yea kinda, but they're just tuning it. No real ideas. They said their heads, cam(similar to the on I'm using), fast102 package usually yeilds approx 615ish. I was expecting to be in that neighborhood for my build. Especially given my compression ratio. I was really expecting a call that I need e85 or meth honestly.
