Default New noise under my C6

My 2007C6 Coupe wth magnetic ride recently developed a low speed, under 40MPH, rattle/clunking noise. My car has 108,000 miles. To chronicle the mods, at 20K miles I installed a ZO6 exhaust system to the rear axel, at 60K miles – Comp EXR 273 cam, a at 95K miles a FAST intake and CNC’d ported and polished 243 heads, at 100K miles CMP bump steer, custom adjustable end links and Hotchkis sway bars. I've had the car up on a lift and none of the suspension parts make any noise when pushing up or pulling downing the front or rear sway bars. The spring above the “H” pipe does squeak, but it is not the noise I hear in the cabin. I had the left leaf spring adjuster replaced about a month ago. It was compressed! Both components, right and left are equally spaced and tight. As I mentioned, this noise just started a couple of weeks ago. Any suggestions where to look?

does it vary with engine rpm or is it in response to road surface?

I'm presuming it's road surface. It's usually when I start driving, however, after I've reached speed, it's still there. So, if RPM is a factor, between 1,000 and 3,000 RPM.

More than likely need to replace your sway bar end links. Easy job. Make sure you do all 4.

Its likely just something loose

Id recommend checking all the exhaust hangers and connections first

Endlinks make more noise at low speeds over uneven roads. Test then check that bolts are as tight as you can get them.

The problem was the rear upper and lower control arms!
