It all depends how many decimal places you go before rounding and whether you go by the advertised metric or english measurements .
6.2 L = 378 CI
6.200 L = 378.35 CI
376 CI = 6.161 L
4.06" = 103.12mm
3.62" = 91.95mm
103.25mm = 4.065"
92mm = 3.622"
So if you use the advertised (red) inches, you get 4.06" bore and 3.62" stroke = 374.92 CI
But if you use the advertised (red) mm and convert to inches, you get 4.065" bore and 3.622" stroke = 376.05 CI
Are you confused yet?
BTW, it doesn't matter if it's in a GS, base, Camaro, Cadillac, truck, any HP, or any year, the LS3 engine displacement is the same.

1 Liter = 61.0237441 cubic inches, so 6.2000000 x 61.0237441 = 378.34721 cubic inches.
You rounded to only 61 cubic inches per liter.
The 1964 GTO was one of the first American cars to sport a badge in liters. They extended the rounding to the closest 1/2 liter and claimed 6.5 liters, which translates to nearly 397 cubic inches for their 389 CI engine. But at that time, very few people knew the difference or cared.
