Sounds good, just let me know. I won't have a free weekend until June most likely, but send me a PM and we can exchange phone numbers or something and work it out!

Here's what Alldata has on the subject, probably not as good as a factory manual and even goes too far on some steps I'd imagine. I have a feeling this can be simplified quite a bit.

Finally got the car back from the mechanic. Brought to body shop today, upper control arm IS bent. Good eye! Body shop also stated replacing crossmember would be prudent, but probably not a requirement. Its going to go on the car since I have it, but having the frame pulled to spec on June 6th. Sevinn, we have plenty of time! Learned that if I try to install the crossmember with the frame twisted I would have to slot the crossmember, so I am just going to have to wait.

Oh wow yeah if the frame is twisted it would be best to get that resolved first. Just let me know.
