Anyone Running the GMPP LS Hot Cam?
Just curious is anyone here is running the GMPP/Chevrolet Racing LS Hot Cam, (pn88958753). This is the same cam that comes with the LS3/480 crate engine. Any thoughts on it? Good, bad, ugly? I'm fully aware that better cam exist, but I'm planning to stockpile some parts before I buy my C6, and I'm not seeking maximum power. I'm looking for a combination of a mild cam, long tube headers and full exhaust, plus have CHenry in FL tune it up.

Me and buddy had the hotcam on our LS1 F-Body cars. They did rather well. Yes there's performing better cams and loopier cams. My full bolt ons, LS6 intake and 243 heads it did 389/391 on the dyno at the wheels. His same bolt ons and a Fast intake he did 412/42x at the wheels. When we ran his Formula and my C6 with my bolt ons I pulled harder every time. It's a good cam thou. Idles great!
