Default What is this stuff in my spark plugs wires?

See attached photo, there is this yellow greenish gunk in the spark plug wires and I am not sure if it is normal or not. If it isn't how do I clean it?

Dielectric grease, perhaps. Helps keep the boots from sticking to the plugs allowing for easier removal as well as providing some corrosion resistance.

Normal. Next time you change your plugs or wires, just wipe it out and put some new grease in there.
