Headers hitting lines on driver and passenger side
Problem solved. Didn't torque em to spec. Once torqued fully to spec they give a little bit of clearance.

1) You should be able to bend the lines with a large screwdriver or prybar to gain a little more clearance. Just be careful not to put a hard bend in them.
2) Loosen the headers at the block, wedge a large screwdriver in between the lines and headers, retighten the headers and then remove the screwdriver.
I've done both in the past and they work equally well.

Two options other than wrapping them.

2) Loosen the headers at the block, wedge a large screwdriver in between the lines and headers, retighten the headers and then remove the screwdriver.
I've done both in the past and they work equally well.

With my 2 inch stainless works headers they give you a transmission cooler line kit to splice into the lines. Then you route them up above the starter for clearance, not sure if any other companies include that for the 2 inch headers.
