Default Assistance in building my 2013 Z06 to 800+HP...

A cpl of weeks ago the throwout bearing started going out with just 15k miles. I purchased this car with 10k on the odometer. Mods if had at the time of purchase:
-Catch can
-Ported OEM throttle body
-see the rest on attached image.
I also attached the Dyno.

In regards to the transmission, since it has to be dropped to access the throwout bearing, I was contemplating buying a 1000hp monster clutch assembly from TickPerformance. A guy I work with has a 2006 Z06 with around 600 or so RWHP and a 200 shot of NOS and drives/drags it daily and has had zero issues with his clutch...so far.

I know the 2013s have upgraded drivetrain components compared to the 2006. He's saying don't worry about dropping the coin on the trans since mine will hold up for a while. Thoughts?

Main focus of this post was the engine build to support a Procharger. What kind of damage will I be doing to the wallet to beef up the internals/adding supporting mods to support 800-900HP?

Budget is 10k....ish

Last but not least, this car will be used strictly on the streets. It will not be at the drag strip as I'm sure I'll grenade the factory drivetrain. Lol.

If I'm leaving any information out or if there are things I need to disclose in more detail, by all means please ask.

Regards,
William

Realistically 10k won't touch those numbers for a reliable build.

Stock tranny/rear are fine, even the 06-08 t56 for roll racing/street use. Engine wise heads need to be addressed when adding power, or not. For that power level, probably want to step up to a thick deck head, even if you don't do a 6 bolt setup, as stock ls7 heads are hard to keep sealed at 800+rwhp. Motor wise you would want atleast a sleeved block with good pistons. Figure $5500-6000 for that, and $3k or so into heads. Fuel system will be $3000-4000. Cooling system $1500+. Clutch, drive train, etc etc $3000-5000. Gauges, tuner, etc $1000+.

That cam may or may not work well with blower, and damper same thing. If it is an undedrive it will need to be ditched. For a blower you really want an OD damper.

Then the blower kit. I would strongly suggest ECS or A&A kit over a PC kit, but with PC for that you would want atleast the D1X setup, race or DP style inlet, Direct drive or 8-10 rib upgrade. Probably going to drop $7-8k just into the blower setup.

And holy **** that receipt is scary. Maybe some of the oil from the oil change was used for lube for whoever paid that.

I figured it would cost more than 10K but I've heard people say the internals are built strong enough to handle 800hp (minus cam) and then I read what you said. So I'm getting conflicting stories across the board. Henceforth why I'm taking in all the advice and knowledge that a majority of you have.

And I agree. That receipt is . I was cracking up at the good customer discount. Nice gesture regardless. But after almost 10k miles, it still runs very well.

An LS3 is built strong enough for easy 800hp. LS7, not so much. If that was your goal you would have been better off with a ls3 car.
