Default rear lock on 09 c6 malfunction

I have a 09 c6 vert, rear lock will not turn, with key in lock barely moves, how far should the lock move, 1/4 turn, 1/2 turn, any info. would be apprec. having key fob problems, trying to track down if fob programmable or if the rcdlr is the culprit.

Can't for the life of me figure out which lock you're trying to turn unless it's the hatchback lock.

The hatchback is opened with a button on the key fob or a button just above the license plate on the car.

There is a key-way for the hatch (above the license plate)for when your battery is dead and you have to access the driver door release behind the rear wheel hump on the left side.

Try powdered graphite to lube the lock set. (Work it in well!!)
Key is hard to turn and turns about 1/2 turn
