If you didn't find a 09- up axle over try the 3" x-pipe extensions and it should have the same angle as your setup to where you could just put a 2.5 - 3" adapter on the axle over pipe. It may be a better option for you. It looks like I will not have time to get mines done before surgery so I will rely on your install and pics.

Hey Sean,

If you guys are interested to R&D fitment for a X-pipe for a 2005-2007 LS2 C6 let me know. I have a 2007 C6 base with just a magnaflow catback with no modification for fitment. I'm local in fresno and Steve did some work for me a while back on my fbody when you guys first opened up.

If you have any pics please post them, side view from rocker panel will show if the tuck up. What year magnaflow catback was used, 05-08 ls3, 09-13 ls3 or 3" z06/zr1.

ls1says: Thank you. One of our old employees recently picked up an early model C6, and installed our headers/x-pipe last weekend. It should be coming in next week for us to build connection pipes on. My guess is they should be included in our kits late this year.

Thanks
Sean

Any word on the fit of the headers? They look good in the pictures. Do you think there is enough room on the X-pipe to cut a piece out and weld in a 12" resonator?

I can get you a measurement of the total length in the straight section, sorry I have to wait on the install health problems.

You be the judge, looks to be around 12 1/4" in the straight behind the x-pipe

Thanks for the pictures. I found a resonator that is only 11" long total with a 9" body. Should work well.

Fit was excellent! But as everyone with years prior to 09, passenger side axleback connection was a pain in the ***!! I did the install myself so it took me some hours but I just had to use better clamp to connect it. Still difficult but a bit easier. Seemed impossible too but I just had to force it and make it work for me.

Good luck on your install!

I’m not sure if you could add 12” resonator on the x-pipe. Seems like you’d be cutting some part of the curve on the x. Someone included a measurement for ya, so you be the judge.

Hey Sean,
I live in Fresno about 10min from your shop. I've actually been by there a couple times with my '08 c6 base mn6. (The previous owner had his/my car tuned by you guys several years ago.) I saw these bad boys online a few months back and have been edging to come pick up a set. Unfortunately, my harmonic balancer had other plans. As soon as I get it replaced, I plan to come pick up a set in the next few weeks. A couple questions...

1) Do you expect to have any connector pipes ready by then? I'd be happy to be your test dummy customer for an '08 LS3
2) Do you offer ceramic coating? Or should I find an outside vendor? (E.g. Caps Coatings nearby). I've got a centri so this is a necessity for me.

Thank you guys for the comments/business..

theandrewo: We actually have a 2008 in the shop right now we're building a set of connection pipes off of, and should have them sent off this week. I don't expect to see them available in our kits until the end of the year however. We don't offer ceramic coating sorry.

Thanks
Sean

Update for the 2005-2008 Corvette guys:
It's actually a very simple change that is needed to connect the 2005-2008 cat-back up to our x-pipe. The drivers side connection pipe fits perfect with no modification needed. The only tube that needs modification is the passenger side rear connection pipe. Everything else bolts right up. I attached a picture of what is required. The only adjustment needed was cutting prior to the bend, and replacing it with a straight pipe approx 3-4" from the end of the connection pipe. This connection pipe will be sent out today or tomorrow, and will probably be included in our kits by the end of the year.

Thanks
Sean

That information helps me understand what will need to be changed. It doesn't look like a big deal. Is the new piece of pipe 2.50" 304 stainless? If the "reduced" end piece fits inside the cat back section, why is it slotted?
I might have plenty extra if I cut some out to add a st of resonators.

All the tubing size is the same yes. Our X-Pipe slides over the factory cat-back.

Thanks

Can your headers be installed through the top or do you have to get significant clearance from the bottom.

Our headers would need to be installed from the bottom yes.

Thanks

Any special instructions for a Dry Sump set up? Extra work to get them in?
