Lifters for aftermarket cam
I just bought a 2008 Z06 with cam/heads/exhaust upgrades. The work was done several years ago, but it's developed a squeak which I believe is probably a lifter roller. It's going to the shop as soon as I can get it in, but if I have to replace the cam and lifters, do I use stock LS7 lifters? Or are there better options out there?
The cam is a "Ragin' Racin' Stalker
224/246 115 LSA .660/.660 lift

I’ve had good luck with replacement LS7 lifters. There are plenty of options and a large price range from several vendors for upgrades, like link bar lifters.
I’d be inclined to replace the cam since you are doing some R&R anyway, like to a Cam Motion cam with EPS endurance lobes.
I’d also verify proper pushrod length/lifter preload while you are in there.

Interesting. That sounds very annoying. If you do need/want new lifters look into the Johnson 2110 LS drop ins.If it's the balancer, all you need is a PowerBond PB1503SS .
