Default New TPMS not re-setting

Have 4 new tires / wheels using for track installed new TPMS correct year and freq . Went to program can not get horn to sound when holding lock / unlock on Fob and noticed don't have TMPS warning light on dash ? TPMS reading PSI from wheels that where removed . I pulled battery to re-set ECU know PSI reads '0" all 4 wheels .
Not sure whats going on . TMPS tools reads pressure at each wheel correct .

What tool, hence are you sure that the sensors are for your year of vet, and even the correct USA or Export model TPMS?

If the TPMS are the correct ones for the car, then move the car out side to program the TPMS into the RCDLR.
I have a tight garage, and it can wreak all kinds of havoc trying to relearn the TPMS sensors into the car once the car is in TPMS relearn mode.

As for getting the car into TPMS learn mode, put the car into Acc mode, then hold the lock and unlock buttons down around the shift lever until the horn honks once.

From here, starting with the drivers front tire and moving clock wise around the car, the horn will honk each time a fob is triggered and learned, and you will get two horn honks as you trigger and the car learns the rear passenger tire last.
