bad battery or something else ??
I drove my 2012 GS on Sunday without any problems. On Monday I went out to drive it and it just clicked,no attempt to start ,it also told me to check different systems and even mentioned the the magnetic shocks would not be operational. Does a bad battery make it behave this way or do I have larger issues. 35,000 miles and it has been fine up to this point.

Yes, a bad battery can do all sorts of things and throw all sorts of codes.
How old is the battery? If it's the original battery, 6 years is a pretty solid lifespan.
Take it to one of the chain auto parts store to test it. If it is bad then replace and you're all set. You will get a different suggestion on which brand to get from everyone that posts. Just make sure you get the top level of whatever brand you get and you will be set.
