I've gotten to my hidden nav menu in my STS, but there is no "time set" button.. Perhaps there is on the Vettes.

I took my 2005, Nav, Onstar, XM, for a drive across the Causeway today. I noticed the time was not showing. I touched the square in the top right corner to no avail.
Navigation is working. I have never seen a red line through the GPS screen. My battery did die sometime after Christmas while I was out of town for the week. Not sure
if the clock was working or not when I jumped it.

I'm going to Ross Downing Chevrolet to have some other work done. I will see what they say about it. They care about our community.

Same problem, 2008 Z06. Disconnected battery 1/16/2019 now no clock. GM needs to fix. I rely on this clock heavily. I will contact the number listed earlier in thread and complain. Bout all we can do till April..

My clock on my 08 c6 z06 went out not too long ago after disconnecting the better a few times. Everything works but the time. Idk why everyone is tripping about it, just go with an aftermarket unit.

Everyone reading this, call GM and report this problem. Even if you don't have the problem (yet), do right by your fellow Vette owners and make that call.

No Way would I go Aftermarket. Went on a Road Trip today and Love the Turn directions in the Heads Up Display. You will Lose that and Music in the HUD. It will get Fixed or upgrade to a USB model. Cheers

The Date Counter Resets! April 6, 2019. Maybe The Calender Ran Out and will it have a new calendar in firmware? We still need C6 to check the date if your clock is on!

There's a few parts you'll need for the USB, info is here: http://www.kawal.net/USB%20Nav.htm
Also Ray mentioned in this thread earlier, if your PAL is wired the "GM way" it's easiest to just leave it alone. The new radio still supports the PAL.

As of Jan 18,2019:
#PIT 5652: Clock Shows Dashes and Cannot Be Set After Battery Disconnect - (Jan 18, 2019)

"....if this concern is encountered on Cadilac/Corvette radio RPO's U3U, U3Z or YQ4, there is not a temporary fix at this time. Please apologize to the customer and advise that engineering is investigating the concern."

So it seems they are aware of the problem and looking into it. FWIW....

Why remove the Pal? Just leave it in I did! Its fully compatible with the 2011-2013 USB Radio. The you can use any thing else in the usb too. Easy. works great

Because if the usb will do the same thing as pal I would sell pal to recoup some money for the new radio
