Default Kooks X Pipe Torque-Plz Help!

Kooks didn't supply me with torque specs for X pipe to collector. From GM shop manual its saying "Intermediate Pipe to Catalytic Converter Pipe Nut - 6.0L is 12 lb ft"
MY problem, is the collectors bolts are much tighter than that to get them to seal collector and X Pipe.
Afraid I am going to break a bolt.
Ideas for torque spec?

GM shop manual doesn't apply for headers. Probably a safe number would be about 40 to 50 lb-ft. Just make sure things are nice and tight; you have to use your judgement.
