Default Fuel Rail options

Looking to replace the fuel rail in my boosted 2005 LS2 C6 w/ a FAST 102 intake manifold. I am currently running FAST rails with a custom fuel setup and have been for 3 years with no issue however I had a fuel rail lift at the racetrack last week causing a major fuel leak and then again about 4 days later doing some mild driving on the street. FAST doesn't seem to have a fix for this issue so I'm looking at other options. I've narrowed it down to two primary options that will work with what I have, namely the Summit rails and the Aeromotive rails. They both work with my current fuel line setup and have designations specifically for the LS2 style intake/injectors. What they don't have, however, is a lot of customer feedback. Anybody have any experience with either brand have anything to input? (Good or bad)

Not on a FAST102 they don't. On an MSD, sure. Not on a FAST 102.

Interested in the answer. I'm using the same FAST rails everyone else is using.

Between my auxuliary pump and flex fuel setup I'd have to throw a couple hundred dollars worth of fuel line away and redesign 80% of my fuel system to go back to stock rails. Either of these would be as simple as dropping in and using the lines I've already made, which have never leaked or failed on me.

I'm curious how you got them to work, I tried and the brackets did not come close to lining up and I did not want to modify them so I kept the stock rails.

I had also looked into Holley rails but I could only find part numbers for LS1/LS6 and LS3 so I wrote that off the list. I should also mention I'm using LS2 style FIC 100lbs injectors if that makes a difference.

Yes, sir. I realized it was ls ->2<- after the fact, which is why the apology post followed that first one.

Not sure how that happened. I believe i used the LS1/LS6 hardware, I figured it was the same (it doesn't say) and it was. Works perfect without modification.

Like said earlier, the LS1/LS6 intakes are the same as the LS2 installation wise.... Its what I use but the downside to them is they scratch really easy. As long as your injectors are LS2 height, treat them as stock for the purpose of install. This is the best photo I have, before I finished tidying up all my wiring.

Not on a vette but on a ls1 TA I had speed inc rails and the fast rails. Both lifted on me during dyno runs. I had to fit different size grommets on the injectors. After that they didn't lift anymore. I had to play around with multiple different sizes to stop this.

Now that you mention it, the FAST rails did come with new injector O-rings that I used on my stock injectors, when I installed it almost 3 years ago. Then I boosted to car and swapped injectors but didn't think to swap the O-rings. I think I still have them in a box, I might try that first before spending $200-$300 on new fuel rails.

Update since I never brought this thread to a resolution: I found the O-rings that came with the FAST fuel rails (they replace the red injector O-rings on the bottom) and it appears to have solved my issue. I've been driving the car pretty hard for a few weeks and the rails seems to be holding pressure.

Thanks for the followup. I was wondering what ended up working.

Have any of you guys with aftermarket fuel rails/injectors noticed a difference in the amount of noise produced by the injectors?
i’m talking about the quintessential injector tick that a lot of people confuse for a valve ping
More mass = more dampening and all ya know

I have a lot of noise from that area but I also have an aftermarket cam with noisier pushrods and no plastic engine covers so the noises all kinda blend in together.
