Converters are like clutch the more discs the more hold but then there’s more when you have a multi disc you can lock it a any travel speed you program it to, I had two disc Vigilante from previous super charger engine then just went big and llsr on E85 car was running great but a little too tight for NA then I went on a Saturday cruise with 18 other GTOs and in the mix was a C6 ZO6 with headers and tune I had my 300 lbs Tull dude son with me but just before we left I asked him to program the converter to lock up @ wide open throttle at 90 mph, so we had blown just about everybody’s doors now we went for the corvette it was the only corvette in the mix to my surprise we stayed door to door then the converter locked and we walked him my said the converter won the race sweeet.
